The Pinkprint Tour

Nicki Minaj's Pinkprint was one of the most talked records in recent memory. Released at the tail end of 2014, and proceeded by lead single Anaconda and its accompanying internet-breaking music video, it found the superstar MC entering more introspective territory than previous record Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. While it featured a whole load of soul-baring balladery, it nevertheless found room for explosive moments of lyrical dexterity that easily scaled the same heights as her career-making turn on Kayne's Monster. The Pinkprint has sold over half a million copies in the US alone, and delivers further proof (if any were needed) that Minaj is one of the biggest rappers in the world.

The rapper is joined by a wealth of support acts on this North American leg of her tour. Leading the pack is Meek Mills, the Philly MC whose second record, out in 2015, features collaborations with Rick Ross, Chris Brown and Jay-Z. Also along for the ride are Tinashe, Rae Sremmurd and Dej Loaf.
