Set in Mexico, El Milagro Del Recuerdo follows Renata and Lupita, two women running their households while both of their husbands work as laborers across the border in the U.S. Laurentino's Christmas return sparks tension with Renata over his lengthy absences from home. As the balance between supporting a family and staying together unfolds, will this be their breaking point? 

This delightful mariachi opera delicately examines pivotal decisions for a family's future, presented in Spanish with projected English and Spanish text for accessibility. Mezzo-soprano Claudia Chapa stars alongside Sishel Claverie and Hctor Vsquez, directed by Leonard Foglia and conducted by James Lowe.
