In an increasingly digital world, it was bound to happen - the man with a voice of rich mahogany and leather-bound books was always destined to have his own podcast. Based on the smash hit, endlessly quotable 2004 film Anchorman, The Ron Burgundy Podcast features iconic funnyman Will Ferrell as the titular mustachioed protagonist, whose concerns about putting on a good show add much hilarity to a morning radio-style program filled with the bizarre ramblings that made him famous. 

San Diego, Burgundy's stomping ground, is now privileged to host a special one-night-only live edition of the show at the Balboa Theatre this spring. Although he's from the 70s, Burgundy will help the audience navigate the choppy waters of modern life, and by great Odin's raven, he'll surely do a damn fine job. Expect surreal hijinks, special guests and of course, that trademark Burgundy je ne sais quois.
