She's back - for the last time! Comedian, presenter, and undoubted national treasure Ellen DeGeneres returns to her roots with a series of stand-up shows this summer titled Ellen's Last Stand... Up Tour! Expect to hear Ellen's side of the story alongside some classic Degerenres observations as the iconic celebrity performs her final curtain call.
Ellen made her breakthrough as a comic in the 1980s, before going on to star in her own ABC sitcom. Ellen, which ran for five seasons, made history when its star announced 'I'm gay!' during the iconic Puppy Episode. Since then, Ellen has hosted the Oscars, created a daytime TV staple with The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and continued to be an outspoken proponent of LGBTQ rights.
Ellen's been keeping busy since bidding farewell to her talk show. She's traded the Hollywood spotlight for the peaceful serenity of her garden, where she's been nurturing her green thumb and collecting pet chickens.

Hardcore Fans Loved It
The sold out crowd laughed and clapped every time she breathed, moved, or spoke. It was a love fest. But was it funny? Not so much and definitely not hold your sides you’re killing me funny. And yet she was charming, vulnerable, likeable. The last 10 minutes were definitely the best. If you are an ellen fan, then GO, enjoy her, support her. What she does is HARD and she’s been thru hell and deserves the love. The world is a better place because of Ellen. ... Read more

Long road to get here
My daughter and I flew here yesterday from
Montgomery AL just for the show. We were not
disappointed. We have tried numerous times
to get show tickets with no luck. So happy we

Farewell My Friend
With the exception of my mother, Ellen is one of the most influential women in my life.
She showed me that decency, kindness and caring is what we all need to strive for. Her show got me through some tough times. I could escape my problems for an hour and enjoy the show.
So on Monday night in Boston was a kind of farewell for me. I don’t think I’ll get to see her again.
But the show was fantastic. It seemed very personal for Ellen, explaining her life and ours. The audience showed Ellen a lot of love and seemed genuinely touched by it.
