Why see Morrissey?

Spring 2025 Tour!

The British musical icon and godfather of modern alternative music, Morrissey, has an influence that cannot be overstated. A passionate artist from the start, he began his musical career as the lead singer of The Smiths, co-writing classic albums like The Queen Is Dead and Meat Is Murder with guitarist Johnny Marr. Now, Morrissey is hitting the road once again, embarking on a brand-new North American tour kicking off this spring!

Since the dissolution of The Smiths, Moz has flourished as a solo artist, producing classic albums such as Viva Hate and Vauxhall and I. In 2014, he released the critically acclaimed World Peace Is None of Your Business, a powerful and provocative compilation showcasing his lyrical genius, black humor, and artistic integrity.

Beyond music, Morrissey has been a fervent and outspoken animal rights activist. While his political stances remain a point of discussion, his unwavering fan devotion is undeniable, a commitment he passionately repays on stage. This tour will be the perfect opportunity to experience his newer material, alongside older solo work and beloved classics from The Smiths' catalog. Don't miss your chance to see this legendary artist live!

What an incredible performer! It’s rare to see a band with such raw guitar power together with an incredible singer/songwriter. True, Morrissey is a bit pompous (who really wants his sweaty t-shirt after all?) nevertheless, the guy knows how to put on a show. I’m glad I went and given the incredible lyrics he writes, a bit more humility would be nice. ... Read more
